Order, Delivery and Returns

Ordering
Whilst some of our jewellery items are regularly stocked, the majority of our pieces are made to order.
Please allow 14-21 days for making, hallmarking and shipping.

Delivery
Our items are shipped using Tracked and Signed services unless otherwise stated.

Returns
We are sure that you will be happy with your jewellery but if, for any reason, you are not happy then we are here to help.
Any items made from our current collections can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt if you are not entirely happy with your jewellery.  Simply notify us of the issue and then send the item back to us through a secure postal method.

Items made to order may be subject to additional conditions and you will be made aware of these at the time of placing your order.
